Nevada Family Magazine

Nevada Family Magazine began as a collaboration between Andrew Workman and David Clark. Andrew and David met at SkyWest Airlines where they were employed as Manager of Graphic Arts and Manager of Corporate Communications, respectively.

For the premiere June issue, the magazine was 48 pages, and our initial distribution was 10,000 copies. Over the past year the magazine has grown to 58 pages and a distribution of more than 25,000 copies.

Southern Nevada Publishing, LLC, was formed in April of 2003 with no financial backing and almost no working capital (except what they had in their personal bank accounts). In December of 2003 the company was purchased and the magazine continues to be published by Mach One Enterprises.  Nevada Family Magazine is now the largest family publication in Southern Nevada and remains a free publication.
